Scrap current page and re-write

I wrote this page initially when I first encountered orders formally and there are.... it's not brilliantly written and beyond repair (largely). I have since proved that there is a 1:1 relation between [math]<[/math] and [math]\le[/math] and thus an order can be described in terms of either. Which makes the books make a lot more sense.

The page treats these are two separate areas of study. 14th March 2015
