Definition

Let SP(Rn) be an an arbitrary subset of Rn - that is not empty - we define the convex hull, H as follows:

  • H:=CConvex(S;Rn)C
    - the intersection of all convex sets in Rn containing S
    • Here Convex(A;Rp) denotes all the convex sets in Rp that contain A
